We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
We are looking for a Rental Assistant to help with the admin, rental prep & customer service involved with renting our campervans and motorhomes. To succeed in this role you will need to have outstanding customer service skills, good communication skills and be willing to go that extra mile. The successful candidate will have a full clean driving license and be able & willing to drive camper vans and large motorhomes.
- Assist the Rental Manager in the day to day running of Rockin Vans Rental Business
- Alongside cleaning team prep the vehicles ready for hire
- Deal with customer correspondence promptly
- Completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments
- Showing the customer the vehicle and pointing out any damage or special features
- Making sure the customer starts their trip feeling confident about the vehicle and informed about a camping holiday
- Deliver vans to our locations across Scotland
- Where needed assist with the running of our e-commerce store
- Overtime avalible during the high season
- Must be flexible with working hours
