Things you’ll need to bring when picking up your Rockin Van.
Insurance
Insurance for one driver aged 23-75 with a full, clean UK driving licence is included in the rental price. Our insurance company can arrange insurance cover for additional drivers, non-UK drivers, and drivers with points on their licences (there may be an additional premium payable, just ask us to find out).
If you have a UK licence, please visit the DVLA website and follow the instructions. Please send us the code you get at the end of the process to [email protected]

Driver Information
It is very important that you provide accurate drivers’ details and relevant info and you must keep us informed of any changes to drivers’ details and/or circumstances. We will inform you of any additional premiums payable as soon as possible, but we reserve the right to pass on premiums quoted by our insurance company until the point of hire. Our insurance company will check the drivers’ details against the DVLA, police, MID and insurance agencies prior to the vehicle hire. Rockin Vans Campervans reserve the right to cancel the booking if the insurance risk is calculated and found to be too high.
Our insurance does not cover your personal belongings.
We do recommend that you have your own travel insurance policy just in case.

Battery
This van includes a leisure battery, which means you can camp anywhere whilst still drawing power. You can use your cooker, 12v charging systems and heating (where applicable.) Perfect for the highlands of Scotland or festivals. The battery re-charges whilst you are driving.
You also have the electric hook up cable, which can be used when you have access to the mains e.g. when on a campsite.
