Rental Manager (Broxburn)
Full Time – Starting March 2019
We are looking for a Rental Manager to handle all the administration, enquires and deliveries involved with renting our camper vans at our new Broxburn depot. Rockin Vans Rental Manager will be solely responsible for the smooth running of of all day-to-day rental activity within the Scotland branch.
Rental Representative – office based (Hurlford)
Part-time 20 hours per week
We are recruiting a hands-on Rental Representative. As part of the busy Rockin Vans team, you will work to deliver outstanding camper hire to our customers out of our Hurlford depot. The right person for the role will be flexible, organised and thoroughly committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times, as well as be able to manage their own time and work independently.
Rental Representative – ad hoc
We are recruiting a hands-on Rental Representative. As part of the busy Rockin Vans team, you will work to deliver outstanding camper hire to our customers at our many off site locations around the country. The right person for the role will be flexible, organised and thoroughly committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times, as well as be able to manage their own time and work independently.
This role is on an ad-hoc basis. Rockin Vans Rental Manager will send out Rental Rep jobs in advance. The Rental Rep will sign up to each job. You are expected to arrive at the depot 45 minutes before you need to leave to complete all ‘pre flight’ checks.
Bookkeeper & Administration Assistant
30 – 40 hours per week
We are a leading Campervan Rental & Conversion business who are looking to further expand our team with a new role in the company. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with logical mind-set to join our hard-working team. This is an important role within the company and offers the opportunity for the right candidate to make a significantly positive impact in the further development of the business.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, being discreet, confidential and professional at all times. Working 30 – 40 hours per week with seasonal fluctuation in line with busy periods of the business. This is a varied and hands on position working closely with and reporting directly to the Directors of the business.
