Rental Representative – office based (Hurlford)

Part-time 20 hours per week

We are recruiting a hands-on Rental Representative. As part of the busy Rockin Vans team, you will work to deliver outstanding camper hire to our customers out of our Hurlford depot. The right person for the role will be flexible, organised and thoroughly committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times, as well as be able to manage their own time and work independently.

Rental Representative – ad hoc 

Part-time

We are recruiting a hands-on Rental Representative. As part of the busy Rockin Vans team, you will work to deliver outstanding camper hire to our customers at our many off site locations around the country. The right person for the role will be flexible, organised and thoroughly committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times, as well as be able to manage their own time and work independently.

This role is on an ad-hoc basis. Rockin Vans Rental Manager will send out Rental Rep jobs in advance. The Rental Rep will sign up to each job. You are expected to arrive at the depot 45 minutes before you need to leave to complete all ‘pre flight’ checks.

Cabinet Maker

Full-time

You will need to be accomplished in both workshop manufacturing and installation working to a very high standard: you must have the ability to work from a customer’s ideas to tight deadlines, possessing good communication skills with the capacity to work unsupervised as well as part of a small team of cabinet makers. The successful applicant will be; reliable, trustworthy, punctual, possessing initiative and self-motivation as well as having creativity and the ability to innovate.

We are offering a full time position with an attractive and flexible package for the right candidate. You will be working within a busy, growing, flexible company with opportunity to progress.  Cross trade work is required. Experience with woodworking machinery and portable power tools is essential. Any gas, plumbing, CNC experience would be beneficial.

Tasks:

  • Machine, assemble, finish and install high quality furniture units
  • Work in a systematic way to maintain consistency
  • Must be able to work to precise tolerances and must possess an intricate attention to detail
  • Maintain constant quality control
  • Continuous improvement of systems
  • Maintain stock system monitoring product arrival and stock levels
  • All whilst being an integral hands on part of the team working in all aspects of the build process
